¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Annual Review ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Overview

The ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Annual Review process is designed to support meaningful reflection, performance feedback, recognize accomplishments, and set goals for continued development. 

All ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Annual Reviews are completed electronically in Dynamic Forms.

The steps below are completed in the following order:

  1. Employee Self-Evaluation – Employees complete the Self-Evaluation Worksheet and submit it to their supervisor.
  2. Supervisor Review & Drafting – Supervisors review the self-evaluation and complete the ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ Annual Review form. 
  3. Review Conversation – Supervisors and employees meet to discuss performance, strengths, and development goals. 
  4. Final Submission – The supervisor finalizes the review and the employee completes electronic signature and submission in Dynamic Forms by July 31, 2026.
