2026-2027 Health Insurance Information
Who is Eligible?
St. Catherine University requires and provides health insurance for the following students:
- All international students
- All OTA online students enrolled in 12+ credits
- All in-person undergraduate students enrolled in 12+ credits
Note: Graduate students are not eligible for university-provided insurance.
Key Dates
Waiver Periods
- Fall (Intl, OTA, Undergrad): Aug 1 – Aug 26, 2026
- Spring (New Students): Jan 1 – Jan 27, 2027
Coverage Periods
- Annual: Aug 15, 2026 – Aug 14, 2027
- Spring Only: Jan 1 2027 – Aug 14, 2027
Rates (Pending Final Approval)
- Annual: $2486
Billing & Enrollment
Eligible students are automatically enrolled in the University-sponsored Student Health Insurance Plan unless they submit a waiver by the deadline.
- Waivers are valid for one policy year: Aug 15 – Aug 14
- If no waiver is submitted, students will be automatically enrolled and billed the premium on their student account
